My data wont transfer over?

To guarantee that the information will transfer from the device to the app, you must 

1. Press the "OxyKnight finger" tab in the app


2. When you see the "no device found" screen, you will then put on your OK finger


3. Once you insert your finger it will automatically connect > it will take a 30-second spot test > it will alert you in the app that the test is complete > the data will transfer to the results tab immediately


*Note: You will have to make sure the device is connected to the app WHILE you are taking your 30-second spot test (not after)
