My OxyKnight® Watch wont connect.

Very rarely this happens but you'll have to follow the steps to ensure you can find a connection:


Make sure that your device is off and your application is fully closed out


Open your OxyKnight® Watch App and click on the proper tab of the device you are using


Turn on your device, and you should see the screen on your phone change from "no device connected" to it being connected and should begin testing
