My OxyKnight® Watch keeps losing Bluetooth connection?

Modified on Tue, 15 Nov 2022 at 09:12 AM

Make sure the finger is placed properly in the probe. If you take your finger out the probe for more than 30 seconds the device will lose Bluetooth connection.

Please ensure the device is near the phone that is monitoring the device. If you move more than 10 feet from the device or to another room, the device may lose Bluetooth connection.

The app must stay open on your phone to maintain a Bluetooth connection.

Note: You may want to turn your alarm on your device, in case your finger comes out of the probe. This will alert you that you have 30 seconds to place your finger back in the probe to continue Bluetooth connection.
