How do I set the alarm on my device and on my phone? How do I set up alerts for my family?

To set up an alarm threshold on the device:

To access the menu, you will double-click the side button. Once in the menu, you will click the side button until the blue highlighted bar is hovering over the section you would like to edit. You will then hold the side button until the blue bar turns yellow.

Once it is highlighted yellow, this indicates that this section is ready to edit. You will then short-click until you reach your desired value.

Once you have reached your value, you will hold the side button again until it is back highlighted blue. You will then click the button to navigate to the next setting.

If you need to reset the SpO2 or the PR alarm > scroll down to default and hold the button until you receive a confirmation popup window. You will then scroll over and highlight the word "yes" and hold the button again.

To exit the menu, you will continue to scroll until the "exit setting" is highlighted. Hold the button to return to the testing screen.

You can set an alarm by setting a threshold in the app:

To set a threshold for an alarm open the app > select the alarm tab > and set the threshold to the appropriate level.

Currently, you cannot set up alerts for your family, but we are working on adding this feature.
